Who We Serve

Our Values

  • Free forever — every tool is free to use
  • Your choice — documents are stored only when you choose to save them; some AI tools send your input for processing
  • No barriers — no logins, no waiting, no watermarks
  • Quality Urdu — proper Nastaliq fonts and right-to-left support everywhere

ہم کون ہیں — Who We Are

UrduTexts is an independent Urdu-language tools website run by the UrduTexts team, based in Pakistan, for people who want practical ways to work with Urdu online. Our focus is on readers and writers in Pakistan, as well as Urdu-speaking communities in India and elsewhere. The website is available directly in a browser, so visitors can start with a keyboard, a translator, or the editor without creating an account. We do not publish a named staff biography or street address here because those details have not been provided for public listing. If you would like to know more about who operates the site, please use the contact page to ask us directly.

Language work looks different for every person. A student may need to type an assignment on a phone; a teacher may need readable Urdu text for a handout; an office worker may need a first draft of a formal application. Someone else may simply want to copy a line of poetry or convert a short phrase. We bring these tasks together so visitors do not have to search for a separate website each time they need to write, translate, check, or export text.

Our tools include browser-based editing and conversion alongside features that use automated language processing. That distinction matters: a copied paragraph or exported file is not the same as an AI-generated answer. When a tool uses AI, its response can be useful as a starting point but should still be reviewed by a person who understands the context. Translations, spelling suggestions, and generated documents can all contain mistakes, especially with names, regional vocabulary, formal terminology, and legal wording.

We aim to keep the site easy to use on both phones and computers, with right-to-left text support where Urdu is entered or shown. Feedback from visitors helps us identify confusing steps and broken tools. If something does not work for your device, or if you notice a wrong conversion, tell us which tool you used and what happened. Please avoid sending private documents in a report unless you are comfortable sharing their contents.

UrduTexts is supported by advertising through Google AdSense. Ads help make the tools available without a subscription; they do not make generated answers more authoritative. For details about stored documents, advertising, and cookies, read our Privacy Policy. For questions about the site itself, our Contact Us page offers both an email address and a message form.
